Hi I’m Angelica, the Owner and Founder of Aesthelle Marlié Medical Aesthetics! Aesthelle Marlié is a luxury medical aesthetics brand rooted in artistry, intention, and refinement. As a Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of experience in the industry, I bring a clinical foundation paired with an elevated aesthetic vision, focusing on natural enhancement, facial harmony, and personalized care.
I also have a strong background in psychiatric/mental health and behavioral health care, so my approach goes far beyond physical transformation. This foundation has shaped my ability to truly listen, connect, and understand my patients on a deeper level, allowing me to deliver care that is not only clinically precise, but deeply empathetic and personalized.
It strengthens my work as an injector by ensuring each treatment is guided by trust, communication, and an authentic understanding of my patients’ goals and concerns.

Dr. Justin Rome, MD
Dr. Justin Rome is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon with extensive experience and a reputation for excellence in aesthetic procedures. Completing his fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the renowned Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando, Florida, in 2014, Dr. Rome swiftly established a private practice in Beverly Hills. Here, he showcased his surgical prowess in traditional facial plastic surgeries, including blepharoplasties and facelifts, along with advanced liposuction techniques like BodyJet and MicroAire.
Notably, Dr. Rome's skill set extends to injectables such as toxins and fillers, and he was an early adopter of Robotic Hair Restoration, gaining recognition in the competitive Los Angeles market. His success led him to found the innovative concept Barber Surgeons Guild (BSG), which seamlessly blends traditional barber services with modern medical aesthetics. Dr. Rome's venture expanded to New York City in 2019, showcasing his prominence in the industry.
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Rome demonstrated resilience by pivoting to the development of a cutting-edge telehealth platform. This platform, set to launch in 37 states, is a direct-to-consumer subscription web app enabling patients to purchase compounded medications with asynchronous doctor approval in the backend. BSG, under Dr. Rome's leadership, has grown to accommodate 20,000 patients and 800 subscribers for their compounds.
